This home had all the right bones, we simply came in to bring it to life with warmth, personality, and intention. We grounded the space with timeless white oak flooring and cabinetry, paired with champagne bronze accents creating a soft and neutral foundation throughout. From there, we layered in bold tile and playful wallpaper to add moments of surprise and character in all the right places.
A key part of this transformation was rethinking how the home could serve the clients long-term, converting two areas into rentable spaces complete with a kitchenette and bathroom. These additions not only elevated the design, but created a meaningful opportunity for additional income. The result is a home that feels both beautifully curated and thoughtfully strategic.
